August, 2012. Beginning with the annual Teen Summit, this two day celebration includes entertainment by national recording artists and local talent. Festival highlights include a Kids' Pavilion, storytelling, food and merchandise vendors, appraisals of African-American collectibles and artifacts, Gullah Geechee displays and much more. The festival is at Robert Strange Park, Ann Street between 8th and 10th streets in Wilmington.
