September 2020 - Cancelled The Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine 15K & Joyce Irish Pub 5K will be held at 8 AM in Brunswick Forest, a beautifully planned community 6 miles south of Wilmington. The course is picturesque and will take you through a park on paved running trails and a nature area on an elevated boardwalks. 15K runners receive a custom Oktoberfest themed finisher medal. The day before the race packet pickup is at Outdoor Equipped in downtown Wilmington on Front Street from 11 AM until 1:00 PM and in the Fitness Center at Brunswick Forest from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Race morning packet pickup and registration are in the Fitness Center from 6:15 AM to 7:30 AM. Race t-shirts are blend tech shirts and are guaranteed if you register by September 18th. The post-race Oktoberfest party includes free beer for racers, snacks, prize drawings, and awards. Inside bathrooms and locker rooms are available for athletes before and after the event.
