A recent menu featured dishes like the Clawed Howell (poached Maine lobster, local braising greens, coconut-creamed butternut squash, sunflower seed pistou, and fresh tarragon, honoring local artist Claude Howell), a beet salad called Beets Around the Bush, and Finger Lickin' Pig Pickin' (manna's upscale take on pork chops with Anasazi bean ragout, maple-glazed NC sweet potaroes, and arugula. manna is Wilmington's only AAA Travel Four Diamond recipient (2015, 2016).
