The Terraces on Sir Tyler is one of Wilmington's finest event and meeting venues. Combining the indoor ballroom and the two outdoor roof-top terraces, the venue offers a very modern and refreshing atmosphere. Located on the 3rd floor of the new Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS building, this venue can seat up to 570 reception-style. This makes it one of the largest spaces in the area, yet flexible enough for more intimate weddings and receptions.
