Autumn Hall and the 236 acres that make up its lush interior is Wilmington’s newest mixed-use, master-planned community of new homes and shops. The planned 273 single-family homes, 200 condominiums and 33 town homes are all based on the designs and styles of old Wilmington’s antebellum manors, coastal plantation homes and casual summer cottages.
Residents of Autumn Hall's neighborhoods will enjoy a number of community amenities, such as multi-use trails, the Creek Club, The Autumn Hall Club and the Village Center. Sidewalks and pedestrian paths will crisscross the community, linking homes to parks, lakes, clubs and commercial areas and encouraging residents to leave their cars behind and walk.
Conscientious land planning incorporates live oaks and winding streams throughout the neighborhoods. The Spanish moss–draped live oaks, long-leaf pines and tidal creek headwaters that border the community's natural landscape are true coastal treasures. Autumn Hall's main street leads to an 8-acre lake where a lakeside amphitheater, along with restaurants, an outdoor plaza, gazebos and decks, are planned.
