This facility is an excellent addition to UNCW's cultural climate, offering students and residents an eclectic smorgasbord of cinema. From current theatrical blockbusters to quaint and unusual art-house flicks, Lumina Theater has something for every taste. With a capacity of 358 stadium seats and 9 wheelchair spaces and a full Dolby Digital surround-sound system, the theater is capable of screening 35mm prints, DVDs, and other digital media. Private parties may inquire about utilizing the space for their functions. Lumina Theater is located on the first floor of the Fisher Student Center.
