Near Greenfield Lake is the 25-acre Legion Stadium and Sports Complex, home to New Hanover High School sports teams. Also calling the complex home are the Wilmington Hammerheads soccer team and the Wilmington Sharks baseball team. The site has lighted athletic fields, lighted tennis courts and a swimming pool as well as rest rooms and plenty of parking.
