The YMCA holds an annual Kids Triathlon race each year for children ages 5 through 13. Mileage is adjusted for different age groups. The Race generally is held in July at the YMCA. The Y will host several clinics to simulate the swim, bike and run transitions. The Y recommends attending these clinics to prepare children for the competition on race day as well as kick starting a healthy lifestyle.
