The United Way of the Cape Fear Area is a non-profit, locally owned and operated organization that supports local health and human service programs that address the highest priority needs in Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender and parts of Columbus counties. Programs supported provide resources and services for those in need in the key areas of education, financial stability and health. United Way raises money through local contributions and distributes those dollars back into the Cape Fear community to programs that address the highest priority needs and create long-lasting solutions. NC2-1-1 Information and Referral Resource Help Line is another United Way resource where those in need can find help. United Way of the Cape Fear Area appreciates local businesses and individuals who invest in the Cape Fear Area.
